📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager at CoachHub, you will drive impact across complex user journeys by shaping meaningful experiences that help people grow through coaching, behavioral science, and technology, including the AI coach AIMY™, empowering global enterprises to unlock their full potential.
• You will lead cross-functional teams of Designers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to discover, define, and deliver high-impact solutions; own your product area end to end from vision and strategy through execution and continuous improvement; work closely with engineers in a collaborative, real-time iteration model; translate strategy into measurable outcomes and clear success metrics; leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, user research, and decision making; collaborate across product workstreams to manage dependencies and deliver cohesive user experiences; partner with stakeholders across commercial, customer success, and operations to ensure alignment with business needs; and cultivate a product culture that is data-informed, experiment-driven, and focused on delivering user value.

• In this role, you will develop ownership in evolving environments, strengthen your ability to turn ideas into real outcomes alongside teams, deepen your expertise in AI-first product development, and grow your impact by building products that genuinely make a difference in people's lives through measurable, scalable development.

🎯 Requirements

• Clear communication in English as it is our working language
• 5 or more years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS or digital platforms
• Experience working in startup or scale up environments with fast iteration cycles
• A strong track record of delivering outcomes in cross functional teams
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in collaborative, non waterfall environments
• Hands on experience using AI tools to improve speed and quality of product work
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to turn insights into action
• Comfort working in ambiguity and simplifying complex problems into clear direction
• A structured and systems oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
• Empathy for users, curiosity for data, and focus on business impact
