- • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Promote Team, focusing on growth and visibility for LWolf’s real estate technology platform.
- • Drive initiatives that enable real estate professionals to market their listings more effectively through data-informed product decisions.
- • Improve lead generation outcomes by identifying, prioritizing, and delivering features that increase user acquisition and conversion rates.
- • Optimize advertising performance by analyzing campaign metrics, user behavior, and market trends to refine product functionality and targeting capabilities.
- • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate business goals into technical requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.
- • Partner with design teams to create intuitive, user-centered interfaces that enhance the experience for real estate agents and brokers.
- • Work with marketing and sales teams to align product capabilities with go-to-market strategies and customer feedback loops.
- • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth tied to Promote product offerings.
- • Conduct user research and competitive analysis to uncover unmet needs in the real estate marketing space and inform product direction.
- • Prioritize product backlog based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility, ensuring alignment with company-wide growth objectives.
- • Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization through clear documentation and presentations.
- • Advocate for the customer by embedding user feedback into every stage of the product development lifecycle.
- • Manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure seamless coordination between product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- • Stay current on industry trends in real estate technology, digital advertising, and SaaS product management to maintain competitive advantage.
- • Own end-to-end product delivery from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring quality, scalability, and measurable business outcomes.

- • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in a SaaS or technology company
- • Demonstrated success driving growth and revenue through product initiatives
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions
- • Experience working with engineering and design teams to deliver complex digital products
- • Deep understanding of customer acquisition, lead generation, and advertising performance metrics
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
