📋 Description
- • As a Senior Product Manager at Medallion Inc., you will own the strategy and development of a portfolio of products that automate critical healthcare operations, directly enabling healthcare teams to focus on patient care by eliminating administrative bottlenecks in licensing, credentialing, payer enrollment, and compliance monitoring.
- • Day to day, you will develop and maintain a 6-12 month product roadmap informed by customer feedback and technology trends, collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to execute product launches, and build analytics frameworks to measure product adoption and business impact.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise product management, healthcare workflow automation, and AI-integrated product development, while driving measurable outcomes in product adoption, operational efficiency, and revenue growth for healthcare organizations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role
- • Experience building products that automate manual workflows
- • Experience working on products with significant cross-functional partnership including operations, GTM, and legal/regulatory teams
- • Experience in enterprise software product management, especially products with a services and operational component
- • Healthcare domain expertise (preferred)
- • Experience building and launching net new products (preferred)
