📋 Description

• Senior Product Manager (AI Builder) role at Babylist Inc., responsible for owning complex features or customer journeys end-to-end while actively building with AI tools to drive product innovation and business impact.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, using AI-native workflows for discovery and prototyping, contributing to code execution, setting quality bars, multiplying team effectiveness through peer-building, and helping shape Babylist’s AI-native product development standards.
• Babylist is a remote-first company serving over 9 million families annually through its registry, e-commerce, and content platform, with $500M+ in 2024 revenue and a mission to connect growing families with everything they need to thrive; the team moves fast, thinks smart, and treats AI as an expectation in daily work.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI-enabled product building, own impactful outcomes that affect millions of users, grow as a leader in a generational consumer brand, and help define what it means to be an AI-native PM at Babylist and beyond.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated consumer product management experience at Senior or Staff level with a track record of owning end-to-end product journeys and driving measurable business and customer outcomes.
• Proven ability to use LLMs and AI coding tools actively in daily work to accelerate discovery, prototyping, analysis, and code contributions while combining AI speed with human judgment.
• Strong product sense, customer obsession, sharp problem framing, outcome ownership, commercial and technical fluency, and the ability to act as a force multiplier across teams.
• Adaptability to change, low ego, bias toward action, and comfort working across team boundaries without waiting for permission in a fast-moving, AI-first environment.
