- • As a Senior Product Manager at Jerry Technologies, Inc., you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing car ownership through AI-powered communication. You will own the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for Jerry.ai’s AI-driven communications product, a critical engine for customer engagement, conversion, and retention. This role is pivotal in scaling our internal AI agent development platform, Propelix, and significantly enhancing the customer experience across multiple channels including SMS, in-app chat, email, and voice.
- • Your primary objective will be to elevate the role of AI in our customer interactions, aiming to increase the percentage of customer requests handled by AI agents from over 70% to over 90%. This ambitious goal is not just about automation; it's about delivering AI interactions that delight customers, increase satisfaction, and drive conversion rates. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our messaging infrastructure is robust, scalable, and capable of supporting this growth and delivering exceptional user experiences.
- • You will collaborate intimately with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Data Science. Together, you will design and build AI-driven interactions that are not only efficient but also genuinely lovable and engaging for our users. This partnership will be key to identifying opportunities for innovation and ensuring that our AI solutions are aligned with user needs and business objectives.
- • A significant part of your role will involve deep data analysis. You will be responsible for dissecting user behavior, communication patterns, and AI performance metrics to pinpoint areas for improvement within our core messaging systems. This data-driven approach will inform prioritization decisions and ensure that our efforts are focused on the most impactful enhancements.
- • You will play a crucial role in identifying and resolving bottlenecks that hinder the effectiveness of our AI agents and communication channels. This includes shaping our prompt engineering best practices, ensuring that our AI models are trained and guided effectively, and contributing to the technical roadmap that supports our AI initiatives.
- • Staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving AI landscape is paramount. You will be expected to continuously research and evaluate emerging AI trends, cutting-edge technologies, and industry best practices. This knowledge will be leveraged to make informed strategic decisions that position Jerry.ai as a leader in AI-powered customer communication.
- • You will champion the voice of the customer, translating their needs and pain points into actionable product requirements and features. Your ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential for driving alignment and successful product development.

- • You will work to ensure that our AI communications are not only functional but also empathetic, personalized, and aligned with Jerry.ai’s brand voice and values, creating a seamless and positive customer journey.
- • This role requires a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, where you are comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking initiative, and driving projects from conception to launch and iteration.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics, or operations within a fast-paced startup environment.
- • Demonstrated technical aptitude and systems thinking; comfortable engaging in technical discussions and translating complex ideas into clear, concise language.
- • Strong data analysis skills with a proven ability to dive into data independently to derive insights and answer critical questions.
- • A track record of owning and driving key metrics, with a relentless focus on continuous improvement and an optimistic, problem-solving attitude.
- • Deep passion for AI, evidenced by personal use of AI for automation, early adoption of new AI technologies, and a strong desire to leverage AI at scale for personalized customer communications.
- • Experience with AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and conversational AI platforms is highly desirable.
