We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of our AI-driven communications product, a critical pillar of our growth strategy.
- • In this pivotal role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Jerry.ai’s AI-powered messaging infrastructure. This includes SMS, in-app chat, email, and voice communications, which are fundamental to driving customer engagement, conversion, and retention. Our current success relies heavily on AI agents, with over 70% of customer requests handled by our internal AI agent development platform, Propelix. Your mission will be to elevate this automation to over 90%, while simultaneously enhancing customer satisfaction and conversion rates through delightful and effective AI interactions.
- • You will collaborate intimately with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Data Science, to conceptualize and build AI interactions that are not only efficient but also genuinely enhance the customer experience. This involves a deep understanding of user needs and the technical capabilities required to meet them, ensuring that every AI touchpoint is a positive one.
- • A significant part of your role will involve rigorous data analysis. You will dive deep into user interaction data, communication logs, and performance metrics to identify key areas for improvement within our core messaging systems. This data-driven approach will enable you to pinpoint bottlenecks, understand user pain points, and prioritize initiatives that will have the most substantial impact on automation, satisfaction, and business outcomes.
- • You will play a crucial role in shaping our prompt engineering best practices and influencing the technical roadmap for our AI communication tools. This requires staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing, and conversational design, translating cutting-edge research and industry trends into actionable product strategies.
- • Your responsibilities will extend to identifying and championing innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible with AI in customer communications. This includes exploring new AI models, techniques, and platforms that can further personalize interactions, improve response accuracy, and create more intuitive and helpful customer journeys.
- • You will be instrumental in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for our AI communication products. This involves setting ambitious yet achievable goals for automation rates, customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), net promoter scores (NPS), conversion rates, and other relevant metrics, and continuously monitoring progress against these targets.
- • As a systems thinker, you will analyze the end-to-end customer communication flow, identifying opportunities for optimization and integration across different channels and touchpoints. This holistic view ensures a seamless and consistent experience for our users, regardless of how they choose to interact with Jerry.ai.
- • You will act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, communicating the vision and impact of our AI-powered communication efforts. This includes presenting roadmaps, sharing insights from data, and advocating for the resources needed to achieve our ambitious goals.
- • Your work will directly contribute to Jerry.ai’s mission of simplifying car ownership and disrupting a massive market. By enhancing our AI communication capabilities, you will help millions of users manage their car maintenance, insurance, and other automotive needs more effectively, freeing up their time and reducing stress.
