- • As a Senior Product Manager, App Founder at Miter Inc., you will act as a startup founder within a scaling company, owning the end-to-end creation of a new application from zero to $10M+ ARR, directly impacting the company’s growth in the construction technology space by solving real problems for contractors using AI and embedded payments.
- • You will run deep customer discovery across 2–3 problem areas to identify the most compelling opportunity, build a working prototype within 90 days using AI coding tools or no-code platforms, pitch and demo to real prospects, iterate based on feedback, and own the full commercial motion including pricing, packaging, early sales, and customer expansion.
- • You will graduate your app through Miter’s stage-gated investment framework (Discovery → Pre-Seed → Seed → Series A), working initially with a tiny team (often just you and one engineer), supported by Miter’s platform, customer base, and go-to-market team, while reporting directly to the Head of Product with visibility to the executive leadership team.
- • You will operate in a high-trust, fast-moving environment that rewards ownership, treating your app like a business rather than a project, with the opportunity to become the GM of a $10M+ ARR category inside a fast-growing vertical SaaS company backed by top-tier investors.
- • You will gain founder-level experience with significantly reduced personal risk, leveraging Miter’s existing customer base of thousands of contractors, access to milestone-based bonuses in cash and equity, and a clear path to leadership while contributing to the mission of building a better built world through modernized construction operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in product management, founding, or full-stack engineering at a high-growth software company
- • Proven track record of launching 0→1 products — having started something from scratch, shipped it, and learned from real-world usage
- • Comfort and proficiency using AI coding tools to independently build and ship functional prototypes quickly
