- • As the first dedicated Senior Product Manager for Clinical at Moxie Software Inc., you will own and define the clinical product platform that differentiates the company in the medspa industry, building foundational features like compliance workflows, charting, GFE management, and e-prescribing to support aesthetic entrepreneurs in delivering exceptional patient care.
- • You will own the entire clinical product surface end-to-end, ship 10+ measurable enhancements in your first 9 months (including 2 net-new clinical capabilities), conduct regular discovery with 4+ clinical-first providers monthly, build a documented clinical roadmap for the next two quarters, and improve win rates with clinical-first practices by creating a concrete clinical pitch for sales.
- • You will join a lean, high-impact team of five PMs reporting directly to the CPO, with no layers between you and the work, enabling real ownership, fast decision-making, and immediate impact in a remote-first, globally distributed company supporting 700+ practices nationwide.
- • You will become a genuine expert in clinical workflows and provider needs, leverage AI tools as a force multiplier in your daily work, solve high-stakes problems around compliance and patient safety, and shape Moxie’s identity as a clinical-first platform rather than inheriting an existing playbook.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS product management experience with a track record of owning a product area end-to-end and consistently shipping
- • Deep user understanding and discovery instincts – ability to identify assumptions, speak to how users actually work, and avoid premature solutions
- • Genuine ownership and comfort with ambiguity – proven ability to drive clarity and outcomes in unowned situations
- • Strong product craft and solution design – ability to arrive at the right solution for well-defined problems, value simplicity, and push back on over-engineering
- • Collaborative product trio partnership – ability to make engineers and designers better through active partnership, not just ticket handoff
- • AI fluency as a force multiplier – active use of AI tools in day-to-day work that has meaningfully changed how you operate
