- • Own the end-to-end product roadmap for GoDaddy’s Commerce Growth portfolio, driving strategies that help millions of everyday entrepreneurs sell more online, in-person, and across marketplaces.
- • Translate ambitious revenue and GMV targets into a prioritized backlog of experiments, features, and platform enhancements that measurably increase conversion, average order value, and repeat purchase rate for customers using Websites + Marketing, Managed WordPress, and Point-of-Sale solutions.
- • Partner with Data Science to build predictive models that surface upsell moments, churn risk signals, and pricing elasticity insights; use these models to launch targeted campaigns that grow customer lifetime value without increasing acquisition cost.

- • Champion a mobile-first mindset, ensuring checkout flows, payment methods, and inventory sync work flawlessly on iOS and Android apps that merchants use to run their business on the go.
- • Define OKRs and success metrics for every release; present weekly dashboards to executive stakeholders that clearly connect shipped features to ARR, attach rate, and customer NPS movements.
- • Collaborate with International Expansion teams to localize currency, tax, shipping, and language capabilities for priority markets in EMEA and LATAM, unlocking new revenue streams while maintaining compliance.
- • Act as the voice of the customer by conducting 15+ interviews and 3 usability sessions per month; distill qualitative insights into user stories that engineers can size and build within sprint planning.
- • Evangelize a culture of growth across the company—hosting lunch-and-learns, writing internal blog posts, and mentoring associate PMs on experimentation best practices, SQL fluency, and funnel analytics.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years focused on e-commerce, payments, or SaaS growth where you directly influenced revenue or GMV.
- • Demonstrated ability to design and analyze experiments—proficient in SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics tools and comfortable writing basic Python or R scripts for cohort analysis.
- • Proven track record shipping consumer-facing checkout, cart, pricing, or promotional features that improved conversion by statistically significant margins.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting data-driven recommendations to C-level executives and distributed engineering teams.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required.

- • Remote-first culture with quarterly travel stipends so you can meet your squad in person for planning and celebration.
- • 20 days paid time off plus paid volunteer days and a annual “Recharge Week” where the entire company powers down.
- • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for you and 75% for dependents, plus 401(k) with 6% company match from day one.
- • Annual professional development budget of $3,500 that can be used for conferences, courses, books, or coaching to accelerate your career growth.
