- • Senior Product Manager (Contract, Remote) at Infuse Media Inc. – Lead the strategy, development, and implementation of new systems, tools, and business processes that will power the next stage of growth for a modern, data-driven digital company. This role is pivotal in transforming strategic vision into tangible outcomes by bridging business needs with technical execution, ensuring that innovation delivers measurable impact across teams and processes.
- • Partner with leadership and department heads to define and communicate the vision for new solutions and tools that increase business outcomes; translate strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps that align technical capabilities with business priorities, ensuring every initiative drives measurable value and supports long-term scalability.
- • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and requirements gathering through design, development, release, implementation into business processes, and continuous optimization — ensuring seamless adoption and sustained performance post-launch.
- • Act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams (engineering, design, analytics), fostering clarity, alignment, and transparency at every stage; facilitate workshops, translate requirements into user stories, and manage dependencies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and manual tasks; spearhead automation initiatives and process re-engineering using data-driven insights to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and free up team capacity for higher-value work.
- • Collaborate closely with business analysts, product designers, development teams, and cross-functional partners to define success metrics, track outcomes, and iterate based on feedback; capable of independently owning niche projects or product stages from concept to delivery without constant oversight.
- • Drive digital transformation efforts by evaluating when custom development is necessary versus when no-code/low-code solutions or process adjustments suffice; build prototypes and validate hypotheses quickly to de-risk investments and accelerate time-to-value.
- • Operate autonomously in a remote-first environment across multiple time zones (schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00/2:00 PM – 9:00/10:00 PM EET), demonstrating self-direction, strong planning, and exceptional organizational skills to deliver complex initiatives without constant supervision.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in a fast-paced digital or tech-driven company, with a proven track record of delivering innovations that produce positive, measurable business results.
- • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics, operations) and delivering impactful outcomes through strong stakeholder engagement, alignment, and communication.
- • Deep understanding of modern product and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and the ability to apply them flexibly to solve business problems.
- • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to inform decisions, identify trends, and measure the impact of product initiatives and process changes.
- • Proven expertise in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation, including experience identifying automation opportunities and implementing effective solutions (including no-code/low-code tools).
- • Excellent organizational, planning, and delivery skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and dependencies in a remote, asynchronous work environment.
- • Fluent in English (spoken and written) to effectively collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
- • Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely across time zones, with the discipline to stay productive and aligned without direct supervision.
