📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product strategy for OnePay’s credit card, defining its features, rewards structure, digital experience, and servicing capabilities to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Define what makes the credit card uniquely valuable and worth keeping, focusing on differentiation from traditional issuers through innovation and customer-centric design.
• Lead cross-functional execution with credit, engineering, design, compliance, legal, and marketing teams to ship high-impact features at speed without compromising regulatory or financial integrity.
• Leverage cardholder transaction data to uncover behavioral insights and directly inform product decisions, ensuring features align with real usage patterns and customer needs.
• Integrate AI aggressively into the product lifecycle to enable real-time understanding of cardholder behavior, personalize offers and experiences, and accelerate decision-making beyond traditional issuer capabilities.
• Build and manage the credit card roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that maximize interchange revenue, minimize credit loss, optimize rewards cost, and increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Translate complex card economics—interchange rates, credit loss modeling, rewards program ROI, and LTV dynamics—into actionable product priorities and trade-offs.
• Drive product innovation that integrates seamlessly with OnePay’s broader financial ecosystem, including banking, high-yield savings, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto services.
• Collaborate with employer and HCM platform partners to embed the credit card into workplace financial ecosystems, expanding distribution and usage among frontline workers and employees.
• Maintain relentless focus on speed and execution; operate in a high-motion environment where ambiguity is common and decisions must be made with incomplete data.
• Champion a builder and executor mindset, taking ownership of outcomes, acting with urgency, and delivering measurable impact without waiting for perfect conditions.
• Communicate product vision clearly to stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to executives, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and success metrics.
• Stay ahead of fintech trends and competitive dynamics in the credit card space, continuously identifying opportunities to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager for a named credit card product with demonstrable ownership of its roadmap and performance
• Deep understanding of credit card economics: interchange, rewards cost, credit loss, and customer LTV
• Proven track record of shipping card features that moved key business metrics such as activation, spend, retention, or profitability
• Experience working cross-functionally with credit, compliance, and legal teams while maintaining velocity and execution speed
• Fintech background strongly preferred
• Demonstrated drive and proactivity with a builder and executor mindset
