- • The Senior Product Manager, Data Platforms will own the development, execution, and success of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) product line within Inmar’s Martech organization, driving strategic initiatives that unlock the value of Inmar’s data assets.
- • Day to day, the role involves leading product discovery through market assessment and customer engagement, defining and executing the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering teams, delivering prototypes for feedback, and managing product KPIs to measure success.
- • The role sits within Inmar Intelligence’s Martech organization, a data-driven enterprise focused on delivering innovative solutions across incentives & loyalty, eCommerce, and retail media, where the product manager acts as a key partner in scaling shared data services.
- • The person in this role will develop deep expertise in data platform products, AI/ML, APIs, and process automation, while honing strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven decision-making skills to deliver scalable, impactful solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a 4-year college or university; MBA preferred
- • 5+ years of experience in B2B product management, with a focus on data platforms or highly data-driven products
- • Strong understanding of CDPs, analytics, AI/ML, APIs, data management and services with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable product strategies
- • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- • Proven track record for delivering strategic product direction
- • Experience leading cross-functional teams with demonstrated ability to lead/inspire others
