- • As a Senior Product Manager, Delivery at Tabs Technologies Inc., you will lead a high-impact Product Delivery team that sits at the critical intersection of customers, product, and engineering, directly influencing the company’s ability to close and expand deals by owning complex deployments for high-value B2B clients and shaping what gets built—not just how it’s executed.
- • You will lead and develop a hybrid team of in-office and remote contributors, focusing on coaching, performance, and raising the bar on execution and judgment, while owning intake, scoping, and prioritization of new work from Sales, Solutions, and Implementation, making clear tradeoffs across customers, speed, and long-term product direction.
- • You will partner directly with customers and go-to-market (GTM) teams during deal cycles to deeply understand requirements, pressure-test solutions, and determine what is worth building, bringing strong product thinking to delivery by defining what “good enough” looks like, balancing short-term wins with long-term scalability, and avoiding over-engineering.
- • You will work closely with the technical lead and engineers to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear, actionable work, allocate resources across projects based on skillset, urgency, and business impact, manage a portfolio of concurrent implementations, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery by proactively managing risks, surfacing issues early, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
- • You will identify patterns across customer work and feed structured insights back into Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap, operating within a small, senior-leaning Product Delivery team based in New York that is deeply embedded with Implementation, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions to deliver bespoke and semi-bespoke solutions for B2B customers.
- • The team engages early in the sales cycle, carries ownership through implementation, and supports solutions until they are absorbed into the core product, with example work including integrating third-party systems (payments, tax, ERP), building internal tooling for complex workflows, and transforming messy customer data into structured formats.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced product judgment in ambiguous environments, strengthen your ability to lead technical teams without writing code, deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS delivery and customer-facing problem solving, and gain direct influence over product strategy by translating real-world implementation insights into roadmap priorities.
- • You will grow as a people leader by coaching and developing high-performing ICs in engineering, solutions, and implementation, while operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment backed by over $91M in funding from top-tier investors like Lightspeed, General Catalyst, and Primary.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–10 years of experience in B2B software, ideally in fast-moving or early-stage environments
- • Proven people management experience leading technical or semi-technical individual contributors (e.g., engineering, solutions, implementation)
- • Strong technical fluency and systems thinking—able to engage with engineers, understand tradeoffs, and make sound decisions without writing production code
- • Experience working directly with customers on complex implementations, including scoping, navigating changing requirements, and handling high-stakes conversations
- • Experience in B2B SaaS required; exposure to fintech, payments, compliance, or AI-driven products is a strong plus
