- • Drive the vision and develop a roadmap for the ezCater Delivery platform to enable on-time, in-full food delivery for restaurant partners, drivers, and internal teams.
- • Design and implement internal tools that allow ezCater’s team to effectively monitor, manage, and support delivery partners.
- • Evangelize the product roadmap and vision through compelling storytelling grounded in user research and data analysis.
- • Build deep empathy for all ezCater users — including restaurant partners, drivers, and internal staff — and act as their primary advocate within the product organization.
- • Lead cross-functional product initiatives alongside Engineering, UX Design, Research, Data Analysis, ML/AI, and other Product Managers to define, prioritize, and deliver new features and improved user experiences.
- • Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement to maintain a best-in-class delivery experience and stay ahead of marketplace trends.
- • Define, create, and monitor key performance metrics that measure the success of delivery platform initiatives and user outcomes.
- • Travel to Boston quarterly for planning sessions, business reviews, and team gatherings.
- • Collaborate daily with diverse functional teams to align on priorities, resolve blockers, and ensure seamless execution of product goals.
- • Contribute to a culture of impactful software development with a team of engaged, passionate colleagues focused on transforming the food-for-work industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with marketplace or delivery logistics experience
- • Experience designing and implementing solutions focused on delivery or logistics
- • Proven ability to innovate on behalf of customers by understanding their true needs and creating creative, user-centered solutions
- • Deep analytical ability with comfort working with and manipulating data to build hypotheses and inform product decisions
- • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with experience working across Engineering, Design, Research, and Data teams
- • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team events, Together Weeks, and business reviews
