- • As a Senior Product Manager for Design Systems at Dandy Technology, you will lead the strategy and development of the Doctor-Facing Design Interface, a critical product that bridges sophisticated internal CAD software with a seamless, high-fidelity experience for dentists, directly enabling the future of Collaborative CAD and transforming how dental professionals interact with 3D design previews, live design reviews, and AI-powered crown generation at the chair side.
- • You will define the product vision and roadmap for evolving Dandy’s 1st-party internal design software into an intuitive, doctor-friendly interface by deeply understanding internal design workflows and identifying which technical levers—such as anatomy, margins, occlusion, and shade—should be exposed to clinicians for meaningful influence, ensuring the product aligns with both clinical needs and manufacturing outcomes.
- • You will serve as the connective tissue between CAD Engineering, ML, UX Design, and Manufacturing teams, driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure that "what the doctor sees is what gets printed," translating complex technical constraints into user-centered design decisions and maintaining alignment across strategy, execution, and quality.
- • You will conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions, identify innovation opportunities, and validate assumptions through qualitative and quantitative insights, using data to measure impact, communicate results, and continuously refine the product direction in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- • You will manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation and MVP development through launch, iteration, and scaling—owning end-to-end responsibility for delivering high-impact features that enhance clinician satisfaction, improve design accuracy, and accelerate time-to-treatment in dental practices worldwide.
- • You will cultivate deep clinical empathy by spending time in dental offices, observing doctor workflows, and gathering firsthand feedback to ensure the product solves real pain points and enhances the dentist-patient experience, positioning you as a true advocate for the end-user in a hyper-growth, customer-obsessed organization.
- • You will grow your expertise in 3D graphics, web-based rendering technologies, and ML model integration in user-facing applications, while sharpening your ability to act as a "translator" between highly technical internal systems and non-technical expert users, a skill set that is rare and highly valuable in healthtech and pro-sumer product domains.
- • You will have the opportunity to shape a foundational product that could become the operating system for dental offices globally, contributing to Dandy’s mission to modernize a $200B+ industry and leaving a lasting impact on how dental care is delivered through technology, innovation, and world-class support.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in product management, managing software products through the full lifecycle from MVP to general release and subsequent iterations
- • Proven ability to take complex, internal-only technical tools and simplify them into powerful, intuitive experiences for non-technical expert users (the "Translator" Ability)
- • Demonstrated understanding of 3D graphics constraints and possibilities in web or app environments (3D/Graphics Fluency)
- • Experience thriving in hyper-growth, customer-obsessed organizations with a high bias-to-action, capable of moving fluidly between high-level strategy and detailed specifications
- • Strong clinical empathy and motivation to engage directly with end-users in dental settings to understand their needs and behaviors
