- • As a Senior Product Manager for E-Commerce at Forma Inc., you will own the evolution of the company’s on-platform benefits marketplace, driving a strategic shift from off-platform claims to intuitive, high-conversion on-platform redemptions that increase engagement, conversion, and total wallet spend.
- • You will define and execute the strategy for Forma Collective as the primary destination for benefits discovery and redemption, applying proven e-commerce and marketplace principles such as merchandising, personalization, discovery, and lifecycle engagement to transform how employees interact with their benefits.
- • Day to day, you will own the marketplace experience end-to-end, leading cross-functional efforts to design and launch features that nudge users toward on-platform redemption, including timely prompts, curated collections, and behaviorally informed user journeys.
- • You will drive measurable growth by increasing marketplace visits, conversion to purchase, and total GMV/wallet spend on-platform through data-informed experimentation and iterative optimization.
- • You will lead experimentation at scale, developing hypotheses from user behavior and spend data, designing and running structured A/B and multivariate tests to optimize key performance indicators.
- • You will create compelling redemption moments by surfacing benefits in contextually relevant ways, leveraging lifecycle triggers and personalized recommendations to increase perceived value and utilization.
- • You will deeply understand users by conducting research, analyzing behavioral data, and building a strong point of view on member needs, motivations, and barriers to intuitive on-platform benefits experiences.
- • You will partner closely with engineering, design, data, and leadership teams to align on priorities, communicate trade-offs, and ensure seamless execution of product initiatives that meet ambitious goals and timelines.
- • You will work comfortably in a remote-first environment, collaborating effectively across time zones with distributed technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • You will mentor and influence team members through clear communication, superb prioritization, and problem-solving skills, helping to build consensus around complex product decisions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience, with preferred experience in e-commerce and marketplace products
- • Proven ability to analyze historical user behavior and spend data to form product-first hypotheses and drive experimentation
- • Demonstrated track record of delivering ambitious products that meet organizational goals and timelines
- • Strong prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around complex initiatives
- • Comfort working effectively in a remote-first environment with distributed technical and non-technical stakeholders
