- • As a Senior Product Manager, Emerging Products at Jerry Technologies Inc., you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing car ownership by owning the strategic direction and execution of our innovative auto repair and maintenance product, GarageGuard. This is a unique opportunity to shape a critical component of our mission to radically simplify car ownership for millions of Americans, transforming a traditionally complex and often frustrating experience into one that is clear, trusted, and consumer-grade.
- • You will dive deep into the user journey of car owners, from the moment an engine light illuminates or an unexpected noise arises, to proactively managing scheduled maintenance. Your mandate will be to build and enhance features that empower drivers with the knowledge and tools to understand, diagnose, and resolve their car issues with confidence. This includes overseeing the evolution of core GarageGuard experiences such as vehicle diagnostics, timely recall and maintenance alerts, a robust shop finder, accurate repair estimates, car valuation tools, and a comprehensive digital glovebox.
- • This role demands a blend of deep customer empathy, sharp analytical skills, and a keen eye for UI/UX design. You will collaborate intimately with a high-caliber team of product managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers/researchers. Together, you will tackle tangible, real-world problems, developing impactful features that not only delight users but also drive significant business growth, propelling Jerry towards its goal of becoming a $10 billion enterprise.
- • Your primary objective will be to drive measurable improvements in user engagement and onboarding across GarageGuard's diverse offerings. This will be achieved by meticulously crafting and refining user experiences to be as frictionless and polished as possible, ensuring that every interaction is intuitive and valuable.
- • You will be instrumental in shipping 0→1 features, bringing entirely new, modern solutions to auto care for the average driver. This involves identifying unmet needs and translating them into innovative product solutions that set new industry standards.
- • Uncovering key opportunities to foster user trust will be paramount. This requires conducting deep-dive analyses into user behavior, understanding the underlying motivations and pain points, and applying a first-principles approach to problem-solving.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves thoughtfully integrating and leveraging the latest advancements in AI technology. Your goal will be to make GarageGuard faster, more insightful, and exceptionally helpful, providing predictive and proactive support to car owners.
- • You will be responsible for mapping out the complete end-to-end user journeys, from the initial symptom triage and diagnosis to the final step of booking a repair shop. This comprehensive mapping will highlight critical moments of confusion, anxiety, or potential user drop-off, providing clear areas for improvement.
- • Conducting insightful user research, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, will be a core responsibility. You will work closely with the Design team to rapidly prototype concepts, translate research findings into elegant and shippable product solutions, and rigorously validate these solutions through A/B testing and usability studies.
- • Setting and maintaining a high bar for UX quality – characterized by clarity, speed, and consistency – is essential. You will partner with Engineering and Design to instrument features, meticulously measure their performance, and drive continuous iteration based on data and user feedback.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in consumer tech, with a proven track record of delivering impactful products and features.
- • Demonstrated experience partnering closely with Product Design/Research teams and a strong portfolio showcasing consumer-grade polish on mobile or web applications.
- • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, coupled with the ability to make informed choices even with incomplete information.
- • Strong UI/UX instincts and a deep sense of customer empathy, with a refined appreciation for product craft and user experience.
- • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions, and demonstrate tenacity and a strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced setting.
