- • Senior Product Manager - Engagement role focused on driving player excitement, maximizing engagement, and boosting long-term retention for Justplay’s loyalty platform through ad-revenue-powered experiences.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping and executing engagement strategy, driving product growth via gamification and behavioral science, identifying opportunities to improve retention and LTV, designing and running A/B tests, using user feedback and behavioral data to iterate features, collaborating with marketing, analytics, and development teams, and staying ahead of industry trends.
- • Justplay GmbH is a Berlin-based company building a loyalty platform that merges casual gaming engagement techniques with real-money rewards, powered entirely by ad revenue, operating in a hybrid work model with a diverse, international team.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape innovative engagement strategies in a blue ocean space, deepen expertise in retention-driven product management, lead cross-functional initiatives, and directly impact user lifetime value and platform scalability.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 4 years of experience in driving product retention and engagement in the mobile industry, preferably in mobile games, loyalty platforms, and other B2C apps
- • Data-driven mindset with experience designing impactful product engagement strategies
- • Strong project management and analytical skills
- • Excellent English communication skills for clear idea articulation and cross-team collaboration
