- • As a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise at Counsel.com, Inc., you will own how the company's product integrates within leading healthcare organizations, shaping both consumer experiences and enterprise platform capabilities to ensure seamless, scalable partnerships that multiply healthcare access through AI-enabled care.
- • Day to day, you will co-design with healthcare partners to refine product vision, build reusable platform primitives like APIs and customization layers, own end-to-end partner relationships, and champion exceptional end-user experiences across onboarding, clinical interactions, and care touchpoints that work consistently across all integrations.
- • Counsel.com is a fast-growing AI-native medical group founded in 2023, backed by over $35M from top-tier investors including a16z and Google Ventures, combining clinical expertise from Harvard, Mt. Sinai, and Mass General with technical depth from MIT, Google, DeepMind, and NVIDIA to build the first fully-vertical AI-powered healthcare platform.
- • In this role, you will learn to navigate complex B2B2C product dynamics, deepen your expertise in healthcare IT and EMR integrations, define enterprise product strategy at scale, and directly impact how AI-enabled care reaches hundreds of thousands of patients through trusted healthcare organization partnerships.

- • 4+ years of product management experience with a meaningful focus on B2B2C products
- • Strong technical fluency: APIs, integrations, and platform architecture
- • Experience on a B2B2C product where end user experience mattered for partnership success
- • Systems thinking: designing for current partners while building for future scalability
- • Proven ability to earn trust and influence with both partners and engineering teams
- • Genuine obsession with end user experience, including pushing back on subpar integrations
