- • Senior Product Manager leading the development and scaling of Celonis Extractor portfolio, owning end-to-end lifecycle for critical data gateways including SAP, Database, and low-code Extractor Builder.
- • Define and execute strategic roadmap for data extraction, prioritizing connector library expansion across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and beyond while ensuring high-performance, secure, and resilient data pipelines.
- • Partner with global product leadership and local engineering teams in Bangalore to align execution with global strategy, driving innovation in Extractor Builder with AI-first approaches for custom REST API connectors.
- • Optimize delta-load logic and real-time streaming capabilities for massive enterprise datasets, advocate for customers in complex environments, and mentor junior PMs to mature PM processes within the India hub.
- • Analyze ETL/ELT market trends to maintain Celonis as the gold standard for data extraction in Process Intelligence, transforming technical complexity into seamless plug-and-play experiences for global enterprises.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in technical product management with a proven track record of shipping complex data-centric products.
- • Deep understanding of data extraction patterns (CDC, Delta-loads, Batch vs. Streaming) and protocols (REST, OData, JDBC).
- • Direct experience with enterprise ecosystems, specifically SAP (functional modules and data structures) or major Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- • Ability to engage in architectural discussions with Staff Engineers and simplify technical concepts for C-level executives.
- • Strong analytical mindset using data to drive decisions, such as analyzing feature adoption or optimizing extractor throughput.
- • Entrepreneurial spirit suited for being a foundational member of a new engineering hub, bringing clarity to ambiguity and building high-performance culture.
- • Exceptional communication skills to influence without authority and tell compelling stories about the 'why' behind the 'what'.
