- • Senior Product Manager - Flights at Perk.com Inc. is a pivotal role driving innovation within the flights domain by identifying opportunities, shaping product strategy, and leading execution to enhance the overall flight experience, improve margins, and optimize costs.
- • The person will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Flights within the Travel ecosystem, drive high-velocity execution with a world-class team, use customer insights and technical possibilities to craft intuitive user experiences, prototype rapidly using tools like Claude and Cursor, stay plugged into AI research and industry trends, and empower the team through servant-leadership to remove distractions and foster creativity.

- • The person can learn to lead cross-functional product innovation in the travel and AI space, gain deep expertise in flight product strategy and execution, influence stakeholders across commercial, engineering, and customer teams, and shape how millions of business travelers manage their trips through AI-powered personalization and automation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong customer empathy and design thinking, with a passion to understand the user journey from booking intent through spend management and friction points unique to managed travel
- • Fluency in data and how to make data-driven product decisions
- • Experience evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs
- • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence small teams of engineers & designers toward a common goal
- • Proven ability to influence without authority across diverse stakeholders including external travel providers, technology partners, and internal product, commercial, customer care, and marketing teams
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Passion for AI, shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects, and staying current on research and tools
- • Fluency with modern prototyping tools (e.g. Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code) and comfort with design/collaboration environments like Figma and Git
