- • As Senior Product Manager for Formulary Intelligence at Merative, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of a next-generation formulary experience that empowers pharmacy leaders and P&T committees with AI-ready clinical knowledge to improve medication access decisions.
- • You will own outcome-based OKRs such as time-to-decision, data quality, adoption, and retention; align stakeholders on tradeoffs; and integrate pricing intelligence, shortage signals, EHR connectivity, and analytics to enhance formulary workflows.
- • You will lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Sales, and Customer Success teams to modernize formulary data models, optimize lookup experiences, and deliver AI-assisted insights like intelligent search and proactive signal surfacing.
- • You will partner with data science and engineering to define scalable API-first distribution patterns, ensure clinical knowledge is structured for AI use, and translate complex clinical and regulatory workflows into buildable product requirements.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product area (strategy, roadmap, delivery, measurable outcomes), ideally in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or health system software
- • Experience delivering AI-assisted or automation-focused product capabilities, including understanding model/feature evaluation, responsible AI considerations, and effective partnership with data science and engineering teams
- • Strong stakeholder communication skills, including writing product strategy and requirements documents and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders
- • Experience setting product OKRs, defining measurement and instrumentation, and using data to manage roadmaps and communicate progress to executive stakeholders
