Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Senior Product Manager for Integrations at Typeform, responsible for owning and evolving the platform that connects Typeform experiences to the tools customers use to run their business, enabling 500 million responses annually to flow into CRMs, marketing tools, databases, chats, and spreadsheets.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning integrations end to end, building and maintaining traditional API and agentic MCP-based integrations, evolving the platform for customer, partner, and agent confidence, deepening priority integrations, partnering with Automations to make integrations the substrate for AI agents, setting architectural direction with engineering, defining the next phase of Integrations with clear thesis and quarterly sequencing, influencing group decisions through storytelling, monitoring competitors and market trends (especially AI), and working cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, marketing, customer success, sales, and Partnerships while leveraging AI tools for discovery and decision making.
- • The Integrations team sits within the Workflow Automations group and works closely with Data Capture upstream, Partnerships, and external partners across the long tail of tools customers rely on, handling hundreds of millions of integration calls annually.
- • In this role, the person will learn to scale integration platforms at enterprise level, shape the future of agentic workflows through AI-native product thinking, deepen technical expertise in auth flows, connector architecture, and event systems, and develop strategic influence across global remote teams while driving impact on how Typeform plugs into the broader SaaS ecosystem for tens of thousands of customers.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strategic thinker with strong product instincts and high ownership
- • Platform PM experience with real depth in building or shipping integration platforms, connector frameworks, or developer-facing surfaces
- • Deep familiarity with developer-facing surfaces including APIs, webhooks, SDKs, OAuth, auth flows, and event systems
- • Familiarity with agents, LLMs, context management, and RAG
- • AI native mindset: actively builds with LLMs, agents, and tool use frameworks, treating AI fluency as a core multiplier
- • Technical depth to engage with engineers on auth flows, connector architecture, rate limiting, retries, and event flows
- • Comfort with technical trade-offs around reliability, observability, performance, and partner contract changes
- • Strong product sense to identify what makes an integrations surface feel reliable, deep, and effortless
- • Customer-first mindset with strong discovery and validation skills, able to pair early signals with data to test ideas quickly
- • Strong storytelling and strategic framing skills to align and influence cross-functional teams and leadership
- • Strong triad collaborator who builds solid relationships with engineering and design and leads through influence
- • High agency and proactive mindset
- • Strong product craft: writing clear specifications and managing complex cross-team initiatives
- • Data-driven approach to decision making, able to define measurement models for the Integrations surface without relying on a data analyst for every question
- • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and defining direction where none exists
- • Experience working in distributed and remote teams, maintaining alignment and momentum asynchronously
- • Mindset of continuous learning, improvement, and collaboration
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to own and evolve a critical integration platform that connects 150,000 businesses to hundreds of tools
- • Lead the shift from manual connections to agentic action, making integrations the substrate for AI-driven workflows
- • Work with a global remote team across Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and the United Kingdom
- • Collaborate with engineering, design, research, marketing, customer success, sales, and Partnerships teams
- • Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, documentation, and decision making
- • Influence group-level decisions through compelling storytelling and strategic framing
- • Shape the architectural direction of the integrations platform in partnership with engineering
- • Define and own the next phase of Integrations with clear thesis and quarterly sequencing
- • Monitor competitors, market trends, and shifts in customer expectations, especially in the fast-moving AI landscape
- • Work on a product that drives 500 million responses annually and integrates with essential tools like Slack, Zapier, and HubSpot
- • Be part of a company that values diversity, transparency, trust, and high expectations, committed to exceptional results
- • Equal-opportunity employer celebrating diversity and standing firmly against discrimination and harassment
