- • As a Senior Product Manager for the Lease Platform at Progressive Leasing, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing the core technology that powers lease-to-own solutions for consumers and retailers across in-store and e-commerce channels. This role is critical to ensuring compliance, conversion, and customer trust in a highly regulated FinTech environment, directly impacting the company’s ability to innovate and scale its market-leading platform.
- • You will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for the lease platform, from strategic vision to tactical execution, by defining use cases, features, and acceptance criteria that align with business goals and regulatory requirements. Your day-to-day will involve leading cross-functional initiatives, developing and maintaining a data-informed product roadmap, managing competing priorities, and establishing iterative release schedules in partnership with engineering, design, legal, compliance, accounting, and sales teams.
- • You will analyze product performance, design and execute experimentation strategies (including A/B and prototype testing) to improve signing conversion, reduce drop-off, and enhance consumer comprehension of financial terms, while ensuring all solutions meet audit controls and regulatory standards.
- • You will partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Sales, and Engineering to balance regulatory adherence with user experience, communicate timelines and blockers clearly to stakeholders, and foster buy-in across organizational levels through transparent and collaborative communication.
- • You will leverage AI-enabled tools to increase productivity and adapt to evolving workflows, while mentoring and influencing teams through your expertise in data-driven decision making, platform modernization, and legacy system transformation.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management
- • Experience owning backend services and internal tools preferred
- • Experience working in regulated industries (FinTech, payments, lending, BNPL, or similar) where compliance and customer disclosures are critical
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- • Demonstrated experience using data to inform product decisions, including defining KPIs, analyzing funnel metrics, and driving measurable improvement
- • Experience leading or supporting platform migrations or vendor transitions is strongly preferred
