  • • As a Senior Product Manager for Lending at Addi S.A.S., you will drive the strategic development and growth of the company's lending product portfolio, launching new products and scaling existing offerings like Bill Pay and Cash Advance to democratize financial access for underserved consumers in Latin America.
  • • You will act as a cross-functional bridge between Engineering, Risk, Finance, Ops, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution of roadmap initiatives, delivering measurable business impact while maintaining zero major de-prioritizations due to team misalignment.
  • • Addi is Colombia’s fastest-growing marketplace and leading Buy Now, Pay Later provider, serving over 2 million customers and partnering with more than 20,000 merchants, backed by world-class investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Goldman Sachs, and GIC, and recently achieving profitability as it scales toward becoming a full-service bank.
  • • The Product team at Addi operates with a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration, where you will mentor 2–3 junior team members, foster continuous improvement, and build internal talent while working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment that values bias for action and data-driven decision-making.
  • • You will launch new lending products such as secured credit from 0→1, achieving defined adoption and revenue targets, while accelerating growth in existing products through targeted initiatives that increase active users or transaction volume for Bill Pay and Cash Advance.
  • • You will establish cross-functional excellence by forming and leading working groups across Engineering, Risk, Finance, Ops, and Legal, ensuring all roadmap initiatives are delivered on schedule with no major delays caused by misalignment.
  • • You will validate product-market fit by conducting rigorous customer discovery sessions, translating insights into clear requirements and go-to-market strategies for new lending concepts.
  • • You will develop internal talent by mentoring 2–3 junior product managers or analysts, increasing their ownership and capability within the Product department.
  • • You will enable data-driven decisions by implementing comprehensive performance dashboards for all owned products, providing leadership with actionable insights on product health, growth opportunities, and key metrics such as GMV, revenue, and user acquisition.
  • • You will utilize data analysis, credit metrics, funnel optimization, A/B testing, and iterative experimentation to drive informed product decisions and improve performance in regulated lending environments.
  • • You will operate independently as a self-starter in ambiguous settings, driving initiatives that result in significant increases in GMV, revenue, and user acquisition while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
  • • You will build consensus among diverse stakeholders including Legal, Finance, and Risk without direct authority, leveraging fluency in Spanish and English to align senior leadership and C-team on resource allocation.
  • • You will foster a culture of ownership and accountability across engineering and business squads, guiding junior team members through knowledge sharing and professional development to strengthen the Product department.
  • • You will translate complex business goals into prioritized backlogs and clear roadmaps, demonstrating deep understanding of lending constructs such as revolving credit and installment loans, and scaling products from scratch within highly regulated environments.
  • • You will work directly with credit economics, risk models, and regulatory compliance to drive sound financial decision-making and ensure products meet legal and ethical standards in Colombia’s evolving financial landscape.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7-10+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 4 years in financial services, fintech, or lending-related products.
  • • Proven track record of launching and scaling 0→1 products in regulated environments, particularly within lending or credit products.
  • • Demonstrated ability to drive product growth initiatives with measurable business impact on GMV, revenue, and user acquisition.
  • • Experience working with credit economics, risk models, and regulatory compliance in a lending context.
  • • Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written, for seamless global collaboration.
  • • Proven ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Risk) without direct authority and mentor 2–3 junior team members.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Competitive salary and meaningful equity ownership in a fast-growing, profitable fintech company backed by top-tier investors.
  • • Opportunity to work on a mission-driven problem: redefining how people shop, pay, and bank in Colombia by breaking down financial barriers for millions.
  • • Unparalleled growth opportunity in a company scaling faster than almost any fintech lender at its stage, with recent profitability validating the business model.
  • • Work alongside world-class talent in an environment where excellence, ownership, and collaboration are core values.
  • • Comprehensive benefits package that goes beyond basics to support personal and professional growth.
