About ShiftKey, Inc.
ShiftKey operates a healthcare workforce marketplace that connects licensed nurses, CNAs and other clinicians with open shifts at healthcare facilities via an app-based platform. Facilities post per-diem shifts with rates and requirements; clinicians claim them, work, and submit verified time sheets for rapid payment. The platform handles credential verification, compliance tracking, ratings and payments, giving facilities on-demand staffing flexibility while letting clinicians set their own schedules. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, ShiftKey now serves thousands of post-acute and hospital partners across the United States.
