You will be instrumental in bringing consumer-grade clarity, trust, and ease to what is often a confusing, anxiety-inducing, and time-consuming aspect of owning a vehicle.

With over 5 million users and a 4.7-star rating on the App Store, we have already demonstrated significant momentum and are poised for substantial growth. • • Your primary focus will be shaping the future of GarageGuard, our offering designed to address the moments that matter most to drivers. This includes everything from the initial 'check engine' light illuminating on the dashboard, to the subtle, concerning noises that signal a potential issue, or the routine maintenance that keeps a vehicle running smoothly. You will define and enhance experiences related to car diagnostics, proactive recall and maintenance alerts, finding trusted repair shops, obtaining accurate repair estimates, understanding car value, and managing a comprehensive digital glovebox for vehicle information.
• • You will collaborate closely with a talented and diverse team, including exceptional product managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers/researchers. Together, you will tackle tangible problems, build impactful features, and create solutions that genuinely improve the user's relationship with their car care.
• • Your impact will be measured by driving significant gains in user engagement and onboarding for GarageGuard's core features. This will be achieved by crafting intuitive, friction-free, and polished user experiences that make car maintenance and repair accessible and understandable for the average driver.
• • A key aspect of this role involves shipping 0→1 features. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and launching entirely new functionalities that modernize the auto care landscape, moving beyond incremental improvements to create truly innovative solutions.
• • Uncovering key opportunities to build and enhance user trust will be paramount. This requires deep-dive analyses into user behavior, a first-principles understanding of their pain points, and a commitment to transparency and reliability in all aspects of the GarageGuard offering.
• • You will thoughtfully leverage the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to make GarageGuard faster, clearer, and more helpful. This includes exploring how AI can assist in diagnostics, provide personalized recommendations, and streamline the entire repair process.
• • Mapping end-to-end user journeys will be a critical part of your process. You will meticulously analyze every step a user takes, from initially identifying a car symptom to booking a service appointment at a shop, identifying and addressing moments of confusion, anxiety, or user drop-off.
• • Conducting insightful user research, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative methods, will be essential. You will work closely with the Design team to rapidly prototype concepts, translate research findings into elegant and shippable product solutions, and rigorously validate these solutions through A/B testing and usability studies.
• • You will champion and uphold a high standard for user experience quality, focusing on clarity, speed, and consistency across all GarageGuard features. This involves partnering with Engineering and Design to instrument, measure, and iterate on product performance based on user feedback and data.
• • This role demands a proactive and strategic approach to product development, ensuring that Jerry.ai continues to lead the market in simplifying car ownership through innovative technology and a deep understanding of user needs.
