📋 Description
- • Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision for reporting and visualisation within the Intelligence Platform (iP), aligning with the company's overall strategy and goals.
- • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive technical trade-offs and shape the platform's data and API capabilities, including managing integrations with external partners.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality, user-centric features that meet the needs of coaches, sports scientists, and performance staff.
- • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the sports industry, including the operations and challenges of sports organisations, to inform product decisions.
- • Work closely with the engineering team to manage the relationship with a major global technology partner, bringing AI capabilities to market and owning how their usage and cost are tracked.
- • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.
- • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including coaches, sports scientists, and performance staff, to understand their needs and preferences.
- • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- • Collaborate with the product team to develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business objectives and customer needs.
- • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, including the Intelligence Platform (iP), to inform product decisions.
- • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's business operations, including finance, HR, and other functions, to inform product decisions.
- • Collaborate with the product team to develop and maintain a product backlog, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business objectives and customer needs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data-driven products and services.
- • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies, with a focus on user experience and business outcomes.
- • Strong technical skills, including data analysis and interpretation, and experience working with engineering teams to drive technical trade-offs.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the sports industry and the operations and challenges of sports organisations.
