- • As a Senior Product Manager for the Supplier Platform at ezCater, you will drive the vision and roadmap for the restaurant partner platform, building services and capabilities that enable partners to grow their business and access data critical to their success on the platform.
- • Day to day, you will lead product initiatives across cross-functional teams including Design, Research, Engineering, and Data Analysis; create and monitor success metrics; tell compelling stories using research and data to evangelize the roadmap; and travel to Boston quarterly for planning and business reviews.
- • ezCater is the #1 food tech platform for workplaces in the US, connecting organizations with over 125,000 restaurants nationwide and providing scalable food solutions backed by 24/7 service and business-grade reliability, while helping restaurant partners grow through access to high-value customers and large orders.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in marketplace product strategy, data-driven decision making, and platform service design, while championing user needs and delivering impactful software that transforms the food-for-work experience.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with marketplace experience
- • Experience designing and implementing platform services
- • Deep analytic ability, comfort working with and manipulating data, building hypotheses to inform innovative solutions
- • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively across functional areas
- • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings and events
