- • As the Senior Product Manager, VCC Programs, you will serve as the strategic and operational lead for the development, execution, and continuous improvement of Valve Clinic Coordinator (VCC) education programs nationwide, ensuring consistent, high-quality education that drives awareness of TMTT therapies and standardizes best practices across valve clinics.
- • Day to day, you will design and manage comprehensive VCC training initiatives across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats; develop curriculum and content; lead agenda creation with faculty and stakeholders; oversee program execution including logistics and speaker coordination; engage internal and external subject matter experts; and track program effectiveness to optimize delivery and relevance.
- • You will join Edwards Lifesciences’ Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit, a team dedicated to innovating technologies for patients with mitral and tricuspid heart valve disease, working to help patients live longer and healthier lives through cutting-edge medical solutions.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in clinical education program strategy, cross-functional collaboration in healthcare, regulatory compliance for medical content, and measuring learning outcomes — positioning you to drive impact at the intersection of clinical practice, sales enablement, and patient care innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum 8 years of related medical device and/or clinical experience, OR Master’s degree and minimum 6 years of such experience
- • Experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry
- • Experience designing and delivering education programs across virtual and in-person modalities
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) and familiarity with learning or content management platforms
- • Excellent presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills
- • Willingness to travel up to 40% (includes car, air, overnight)
