🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science); Master's degree preferred.
- • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product and/or marketing analytics, with a demonstrable track record of delivering measurable business impact.
- • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- • Proven experience in designing, executing, and interpreting experiments (A/B, multivariate) in product or marketing contexts.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- • Technical proficiency with Python (Anaconda, Poetry, Pipenv, or piplock), Version Control (Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions), AWS (S3, ECR, EKS), Reporting & Visualization (Tableau, Streamlit), and Workflow Orchestration (Prefect or Airflow).
