- • Drive go-to-market planning and execution for new feature launches on Hatch’s AI-powered SaaS platform in a competitive B2B market
- • Maintain deep understanding of competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer needs across key service-based verticals
- • Conduct market research and assess customer needs to influence product development and act as the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams
- • Develop differentiated product narratives that drive net new customer acquisition and increase product adoption
- • Partner with Enablement, Sales, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to ensure successful product adoption and revenue growth
- • Share actionable market insights to help teams build deeper empathy for customers and inform strategic decisions
- • Collaborate with Growth, Events, and Customer Marketing leads to ensure campaigns are grounded in strong positioning and aligned with acquisition and growth objectives
- • Build and maintain persona-level messaging frameworks informed by customer research, competitive analysis, and real-world evidence
- • Track and synthesize win/loss data to produce battle cards and sales talk tracks that equip the field with compelling, accurate messaging
- • Leverage AI tools as a multiplier in daily work to enhance productivity, insight generation, and execution speed
- • Evolve role scope over time in response to business growth, taking on new responsibilities as the team and product expand
- • Operate effectively at the intersection of technical understanding of AI-driven SaaS solutions and rapid, results-oriented GTM execution
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a high-growth environment, viewing ambiguity as an opportunity to create structure and drive impact
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B company with clear ownership of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- • Strong competitive intelligence instincts with ability to translate market signals into strategic narratives that influence sales and product roadmap
- • Working command of AI tools and demonstrated ability to apply them to improve outcomes in daily work
- • Builder’s mindset: ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and influence cross-functional teams to drive results
- • Experience in SaaS and/or Home Improvement/Home Services industry (bonus)
