đź“‹ Description

  • • As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Mozilla’s Anonym advertising products, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the world experiences the web by driving strategy and growth for privacy-focused ad solutions that align with Mozilla’s mission to build an internet for people, not companies.
  • • You will partner with product, sales, and cross-functional marketing teams to translate technical and data insights into compelling market narratives, ensuring Mozilla’s advertising offerings stand out in a competitive landscape while reinforcing its commitment to user privacy and open-source values.
  • • Day to day, you will drive marketing efforts for Mozilla’s expanding Anonym product suite, including defining positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • • You will identify high-opportunity advertising segments by vertical and geography, then build and execute data-informed marketing plans to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption among advertisers and agencies.
  • • You will craft the Mozilla Ads story and bring it to life through sales collateral, digital assets, and online presence, managing external agency partners to deliver high-impact, brand-aligned creative work.
  • • You will lead the rollout of new ad offerings and advancements in Mozilla’s ad tech stack by designing tight go-to-market strategies, coordinating launches, and measuring performance to optimize future iterations.
  • • You will partner closely with sales leadership to enable teams with the tools, training, and insights needed to effectively communicate value and close deals, acting as a strategic bridge between product, marketing, and revenue functions.
  • • You will conduct inbound market landscape analysis and advertiser research to inform long-term product and marketing strategy, using data to anticipate trends and identify new growth opportunities.
  • • You will communicate strategies, results, and insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels — from individual contributors to executive leadership — fostering alignment and driving action across the organization.
  • • You will champion Mozilla’s values of welcoming differences, being relationship-minded, practicing responsible participation, and having grit, helping to cultivate an inclusive, mission-driven culture within the marketing team and beyond.
  • • Mozilla Corporation is a mission-driven, non-profit-backed technology company that has shaped the internet for over 25 years through products like Firefox and Pocket, serving more than 225 million monthly users worldwide while remaining accountable only to its public mission, not shareholders.
  • • The company operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Mozilla Foundation, reinvesting success into open-source innovation and advocacy, and empowering a global community of volunteers and collaborators to build technology that puts people first.
  • • Working at Mozilla means joining a culture deeply committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, where equitable practices are seen as essential to fulfilling the mission of creating a more open, accessible, and innovative internet for everyone.
  • • In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the future of ethical advertising by helping grow a product that prioritizes user privacy, transparency, and user control — setting a new standard for how ads can coexist with trust and respect online.
  • • You will develop expertise in bridging technical product innovation with market needs, gaining experience in strategic marketing for privacy-centric ad technologies in a complex, evolving digital ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of professional experience in product marketing, preferably with experience on social or advertising products
  • • Proven experience leading marketing and growth impact for an advertising product in close partnership with sales teams
  • • Demonstrated expertise in marketing to businesses (B2B) within the advertising industry, including knowledge of ad tech, market dynamics, and advertiser needs
  • • Strong project management skills with a track record of coordinating cross-functional initiatives and delivering results on timeline
  • • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex strategies and insights to technical, creative, and executive audiences
  • • A consistent track record of leading through influence, successfully driving alignment and action across teams without direct authority

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Generous performance-based bonus plans tied to company and individual performance, reinforcing a culture of shared success
  • • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage to support employee health and well-being
  • • Generous retirement contributions with 100% immediate vesting, regardless of employee contribution amount
  • • Quarterly all-company wellness days where the entire organization pauses together to recharge and focus on well-being
  • • Country-specific holidays plus a dedicated day off for your birthday, recognizing personal milestones and global diversity
  • • One-time home office stipend to support remote work setup, along with an annual professional development budget and quarterly well-being stipend for continuous growth and self-care
