  • • Immersive Labs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Product team, focusing on the US market. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA. As a key player in our organization, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of cyber resilience and building a new market category: Cyber Workforce Resilience. You will be the primary advocate for Product Marketing excellence, driving the evolution of our flagship Immersive One platform and solidifying our market leadership.
  • • In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and will be responsible for developing and executing compelling positioning, messaging, and content strategies for our core products and solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in enabling our sales and partnerships teams to effectively communicate the value proposition of Immersive Labs to a diverse range of clients.
  • • You will thrive in an environment that encourages bold, thought-provoking storytelling and possess exceptional communication and presentation skills. Your passion for our vision will be evident as you engage with stakeholders across the organization, including Product Management, Sales, Sales Engineering, Content Marketing, Marketing, and Customer Success. Collaboration is key, and you will build strong relationships with these teams, as well as our Cyber teams, to ensure a unified go-to-market strategy.
  • • As a senior individual contributor, your responsibilities will encompass creating high-performing, persona-driven collateral that spans the entire marketing funnel. This collateral will educate the market on the importance of people-centric cybersecurity and directly contribute to driving sales and renewals. You will be a vital support for marketing campaigns, contributing content, participating in webinars, and leading enablement sessions for sales and partner teams on your designated solution areas.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve owning and leading product launches from inception to completion. This includes thorough market research to proactively identify trends, develop resonant messaging, and create content that drives conversions throughout the buyer journey. You will also conduct in-depth competitor analysis, create effective battle cards, and present your findings internally to inform strategic decisions.
  • • You will act as a critical sparring partner for Product Managers and Product Designers, maintaining a keen focus on scalability and commercial viability. Your ability to balance and champion both business objectives and customer needs will be paramount. Furthermore, you will lead discovery and user feedback sessions, gathering crucial insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • • Your success will be measured by your ability to motivate and engage high-impact product delivery teams, rallying cross-functional teams around a shared vision. An evidence-based approach to planning and decision-making is essential; you will be analytical, structural, and a systems thinker, leveraging data to guide your strategies.
  • • We are looking for someone with a strong technical aptitude, capable of evaluating different approaches to product delivery and understanding the technical nuances of our platform. Your strategic and commercial mindset will be evident in your track record of launching successful products that address real customer problems within a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • • You will be comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences, demonstrating your prowess as a storyteller and your ability to influence without direct authority. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Extensive experience working in a SaaS environment, with a strong preference for experience within a Cybersecurity vendor.
  • • Proven track record of launching successful products that solve real customer problems, demonstrating a strategic and commercial mindset within a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without authority and speak effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • • Demonstrated ability to balance and champion business needs and customer needs, including leading discovery and user feedback sessions.
  • • Analytical and structural approach to planning and decision-making, with strong systems thinking capabilities and technical aptitude.
