Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As a Senior Product Owner at Infiterra Inc., you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a key product domain, ensuring that what is built solves real customer and operator problems while driving business outcomes like adoption, retention, margin, and time-to-onboard.
- • Day to day, you will frame problems, prioritize work based on data and business impact, shape MVPs, maintain a continuous customer feedback loop, translate leadership priorities into a clear backlog, and act as the single point of translation between stakeholders and engineering teams to prevent conflicting direction.
- • You will join a global leader in subscription commerce that enables IT distributors, MSPs, and telcos to succeed in the subscription economy through a platform that automates and unifies subscription workflows from quote to bill.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your product judgement, deepen your technical fluency in APIs and data flows, strengthen your ability to lead without authority, and gain end-to-end ownership experience in a complex B2B SaaS environment with multi-tenancy and partner ecosystems.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or Associate Product Manager in B2B SaaS or software product environments
- • Track record of taking features end-to-end: from problem statement to sprint-ready epic, including user stories and acceptance criteria
- • Strong product judgement — you instinctively redirect a “let’s build X” conversation to “what problem are we solving and for whom?”
- • Comfortable working closely with engineering teams in agile, sprint-based frameworks, and able to discuss APIs, integrations, and data flows at a meaningful level
- • Excellent written and spoken English; able to produce clear epics, decisions, and stakeholder updates without supervision
- • Confident challenging both business and technical stakeholders when needed, and able to defend a position with data and reasoning
🏖️ Benefits
- • Work-from-anywhere scheme (travel and work)
- • Flexible working hours
- • Health and life insurance program
- • Learning & development budget
- • A passionate, international, and supportive team
