- • As a Senior Product Owner – Credit and AR at Ferguson Enterprises, you will own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for critical systems that support customer onboarding, credit risk management, invoicing, collections, cash application, and financial accuracy—directly impacting operational efficiency, risk reduction, and cash flow optimization across a Fortune 500 organization with 36,000 associates and 1,700 locations.
- • You will translate complex business and financial requirements into clear product direction, partnering closely with Credit, AR, Finance, and Accounting stakeholders to deliver solutions that balance speed, scalability, compliance, and customer experience while taking direct accountability for measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- • Day to day, you will help define your product’s vision and strategy, determine stakeholder needs through targeted research, and execute comprehensive competitive analyses and market validation to uncover adjacencies and new market opportunities that drive business value.
- • You will manage and communicate a detailed product roadmap, using qualitative and quantitative research to prioritize initiatives, identify efficiency improvements, and collaborate with business, Finance, and Accounting teams to define, document, and prioritize requirements that are not only met but exceeded.
- • You will communicate changes clearly to business leaders, align them with company goals, work closely with Project Management to ensure timely and properly scoped delivery, and coordinate alignment between delivery teams, stakeholders, and leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
- • You will monitor and manage product health through analytics and stakeholder feedback, provide ongoing commentary to leadership, and foster a work environment that promotes customer service, collaboration, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction—supporting Ferguson’s diversity commitment through quality hiring, training, and succession planning.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
- • 2-5 years of Product Management experience, with preference for Finance and/or Oracle Fusion background
- • Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management, including applying both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
