- • Handle incident triage, issue reproduction, diagnostics, and escalation management across production systems and workflows
- • Investigate application, integration, configuration, and environment issues with a focus on restoring service and identifying root cause
- • Support high-priority incidents requiring close coordination with engineering, product, or business stakeholders
- • Act as a day-to-day support partner to product pods during live releases, stabilization periods, and production issue follow-up
- • Support release-watch activities and confirm consistent execution of production-readiness checks
- • Identify potential support risks before they escalate into material incidents
- • Document incidents clearly, coordinate handoffs to Engineering teams, and ensure issues are tracked to resolution
- • Improve runbooks, issue patterns, and support evidence to increase repeatability and speed of response
- • Partner with QA and Engineering to reduce escaped defects and recurring support pain points
- • Translate technical issues into clear business impact statements for finance-sensitive workflows
- • Distinguish true defects from data issues, process exceptions, or user enablement gaps
- • Escalate material issues quickly and clearly to appropriate stakeholders
- • Work in a hybrid model with flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week
- • Serve as a key onshore partner to Product and Engineering during live incidents, high-priority releases, and ambiguous production issues
- • Operate in a fast-paced environment supporting private equity clients and CFO office workflows
- • Maintain disciplined, methodical, and accountable responses during high-pressure incidents
- • Collaborate across engineering, product, QA, and business teams to resolve complex technical issues
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in production support processes and documentation
- • Mentor team members and lead by example in delivering exceptional client service
- • Manage multiple complex workstreams while maintaining focus on individual responsibilities
- • Apply entrepreneurial spirit in a fluid, flat organizational structure
- • Communicate complex technical issues and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Raise critical issues to senior team members when necessary
- • Embrace a hands-on approach to project execution while maintaining awareness of broader business context
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of production support, application support, systems support, or software operations experience
- • Experience with modern application environments, APIs, integrations, and workflow-driven platforms
- • Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort reading logs, tracing workflows, and reproducing issues
- • Ability to work closely with engineers, product managers, QA, and business stakeholders, translating technical findings into business-relevant language
- • Comfort handling ambiguous, escalation-heavy, and high-pressure incidents in a disciplined way
- • Bachelor's degree preferred
