📋 Description

• Humana's Marketing Regulatory and Operational Communications (MROC) organization is seeking a Senior Production Professional, OpenText Dialogue Developer to join their dynamic team. This critical role is instrumental in ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of communications to Humana's Medicare and Medicaid members, directly impacting their healthcare journeys and fostering personalized engagement.
• As a Senior OpenText Dialogue Developer, you will be at the forefront of composing and configuring operational and regulatory communications. This involves meticulously crafting content within approved templates and designated platforms, ensuring every communication adheres to stringent regulatory standards and brand guidelines. You will be responsible for the execution of these communications across various channels, including both print and digital formats, with an unwavering focus on accuracy, compliance, and adherence to strict deadlines. A significant aspect of your role will involve developing and deploying personalized, dynamic communications leveraging the advanced capabilities of OpenText Communications (Thin Client), enabling tailored member experiences.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating closely with strategy teams and business partners to thoroughly interpret requirements and translate them into effective template development. You will be a key problem-solver, troubleshooting implementation challenges and providing expert guidance on composition and development processes to ensure smooth project execution. Rigorous unit testing will be a core part of your workflow, verifying that all requirements are met and that data is accurately rendered within the final communications. Furthermore, you will conduct in-depth defect analysis, identifying root causes of any issues and implementing appropriate resolutions to maintain the highest quality standards.
• To ensure operational integrity and compliance, you will maintain comprehensive documentation, robust version control, and detailed audit trails for all communication builds and updates. Your involvement in quality assurance reviews will be crucial, and you will actively contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing both efficiency and accuracy across the team. As a subject matter expert in OpenText Communications, you will champion scalable best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with dynamic document creation using OpenText Communications or similar Customer Communication Management tools.
• Strong knowledge of document composition, including layouts, style sheets, variables, repeating data tables, and document flow.
• Experience with logical coding concepts (e.g., IF/THEN/ELSE, loops).
• Understanding of driver file mapping and variable mapping for logic and document creation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, track progress, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with defect analysis, root cause identification, and resolution.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
