- • Senior Professional Services Engineer (PL/SQL Developer, BFSI) role at NICE Ltd. focused on delivering and implementing NiCE Actimize Financial Crime Prevention solutions for leading financial institutions, working on cutting-edge compliance technologies in AML, Payment Fraud, and Trading Compliance to help clients meet critical regulatory requirements.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing, configuring, and customizing Actimize product features based on design documents and enterprise standards; implementing and configuring new applications; setting up and managing deployments; troubleshooting complex functionality issues; collaborating with R&D, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams; occasionally working on client sites or across time zones; supporting customers by understanding business requirements and delivering tailored solutions; and operating independently to complete complex tasks with minimal supervision.
