📋 Description

• • The Senior Program Manager at Centific Global Technologies Pte. Ltd. is responsible for balancing the work of multiple projects, acting as the point of contact between project managers and directors/project owners, and ensuring project success through team coordination and client negotiation.
• • Day-to-day duties include overseeing multiple projects, setting daily production reporting methods, reviewing key data, compiling and approving timekeeping records, approving time-off requests, driving Lean implementation, monitoring project budgets, approving equipment requests and spending, conducting interviews for PM-level positions, meeting with clients for project updates, addressing financial-level project issues, collaborating with PMs and SPMs to ensure duty coverage, initiating process changes, collecting and implementing process improvements to eliminate waste, reviewing End of Day (EOD) reporting, and meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
