Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own and continuously evolve the Marketing PMO’s central project intake processes, managing and routing numerous workflows from business and marketing teams with clarity and consistency.
- • Drive prioritization and trade-off discussions across competing marketing initiatives, balancing senior leadership vision with execution-team capacity and operational constraints.
- • Identify, implement, and scale AI-driven solutions across PMO workflows—including brief writing and review, project roadmapping, prioritization, status tracking, and hand-offs—treating AI as the default lens for process redesign.
- • Lead organizational change management and communications as the marketing organization adopts new AI-enabled tools and ways of working, ensuring adoption beyond mere rollout.
- • Anticipate and map cross-functional dependencies across marketing, product, and technology teams, providing clear, timely status updates from working groups to senior leadership to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
- • Establish, track, and report on program KPIs, milestones, and success metrics, including two-sided SLAs between strategy and execution teams, with actionable insights for leadership.
- • Contribute to the Project Management Center of Excellence by leading retrospectives, documenting playbooks, and institutionalizing best practices that align the PMO’s "Always On" model with annual planning cycles and improve overall marketing efficiency.
- • Serve as a strategic orchestrator within the Marketing Technology and Operations team, shifting from a governance-focused gatekeeper to an enablement-driven partner that simplifies complexity through technology, data, and automation.
- • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by iterating on processes over time rather than maintaining them statically, ensuring the PMO evolves with organizational needs and emerging technologies.
- • Synthesize complex, ambiguous information into clear narratives and facilitate cross-functional alignment through exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
- • Maintain expert proficiency with project management, workflow, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and G Suite to enable seamless execution and visibility across teams.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, highly-matrixed environment, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and driving clarity in a complex, large-scale marketing organization.
