- • As a Senior Programmatic Manager at Billups LLC, you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s programmatic Out-of-Home (OOH) media operations by creating proposals, managing campaigns, and driving revenue and margin performance through data-informed decisions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating programmatic proposals in response to RFPs, setting up and optimizing campaigns across multiple DSP platforms, managing ongoing campaign performance, generating reports, negotiating PMP deals with suppliers, and supporting client-facing teams with training and demo calls to promote billups’ technology offerings.
- • You will work within a global team of 400+ professionals at Billups, a fiercely independent OOH innovator present in 20+ countries, leveraging patented technology and proprietary AI to deliver precise, intelligent, and impactful brand experiences in physical spaces.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in programmatic OOH, strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Media and Business teams, develop financial acumen around campaign forecasting and margin management, and contribute to team growth through training and knowledge sharing.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in OOH and programmatic advertising
- • Ability to create programmatic proposals in response to RFPs and manage campaigns across multiple DSP platforms
- • Experience negotiating PMP deals with media suppliers and optimizing campaign performance to meet KPIs
- • Strong communication skills with demonstrated tact and diplomacy when engaging clients, agencies, and vendors
- • Proficiency in maintaining financial accuracy, budget tracking, and forecasting for assigned accounts
- • Ability to adapt to frequent change, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a positive team culture
