- • As a Senior Programmatic Strategist at Directive Consulting, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional performance marketing for B2B and SaaS clients, driving tangible revenue growth rather than just leads. This is a pivotal, client-facing role where you will own the day-to-day management of programmatic campaigns, ensuring they not only meet but exceed client objectives. You will be instrumental in developing and executing sophisticated programmatic strategies across a diverse range of channels, including Display, Native, Video, and Audio, leveraging cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights.
- • Your core responsibility will be to build, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns within leading Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and others. This involves a deep understanding of audience segmentation and targeting, utilizing both first-party and third-party data to ensure precision and efficiency. You will be expected to develop custom client strategies that align with their unique business goals, translating complex data into actionable plans.
- • A significant part of your role will involve continuous campaign optimization. This means meticulously monitoring performance, identifying trends, and making data-informed adjustments to pacing, targeting, and creative to achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be responsible for generating comprehensive performance reports, distilling complex data into clear, concise insights and strategic recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- • Beyond campaign execution, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and problem-solving. When issues arise concerning campaign performance or delivery, you will be expected to quickly identify the root cause and implement effective solutions, minimizing any impact on client results.
- • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with internal teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to campaign execution. This cross-functional synergy is vital for delivering holistic marketing solutions that drive demand and revenue.
- • As the primary point of contact for your clients, you will build and maintain strong, trusted relationships. This involves proactive communication, providing regular updates on campaign progress, strategic shifts, and performance outcomes. You will also be responsible for presenting campaign plans, performance analyses, and strategic recommendations directly to clients, articulating the value and impact of our programmatic efforts.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies, with a strong preference for B2B/SaaS experience.
- • Hands-on expertise in media buying, including building and optimizing campaigns in DSPs, with a preference for experience in The Trade Desk (TTD) and DV360.
- • Proven track record in programmatic media planning, buying, and building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success.
- • Strong understanding of how programmatic channels integrate with other paid and organic channels to holistically achieve client KPIs.
- • Experience successfully driving programmatic growth for B2B/SaaS clients with monthly budgets exceeding $50k.
- • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and client-facing communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- • Solid analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
