📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of an assigned portfolio of clinical trials sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, ensuring all trial objectives are met on time and within scope.
• Build and manage detailed trial plans covering setup, site onboarding, progress tracking, risk identification, and change management to uphold customer commitments.
• Collaborate directly with the Site Business Development team to integrate clinical trial sites and enable adoption of Inato’s AI pre-screening technology for patient data sharing.
• Drive clinical trial sites through selection by sponsors and maintain consistent prescreening activity throughout the duration of each trial.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and CROs, acting as a trusted, embedded partner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Tailor communications to diverse stakeholder audiences — from operational teams to senior executives — translating complex trial status, risks, and trade-offs into clear, actionable insights.
• Proactively surface risks and opportunities through active listening and follow-up questioning, handling difficult conversations with composure and strategic clarity.
• Feed customer feedback and proof points back to the Sales team to enable repeat business, upsell opportunities, and expanded sponsor relationships.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to design, refine, and roll out Inato’s emerging trial delivery operating model and standardized workflows.
• Act as the voice of the customer by channeling site and sponsor feedback directly into the product roadmap and integrating product capabilities into customer conversations.
• Mentor junior project managers and drive adoption of new processes across the delivery team to improve scalability and operational consistency.
• Work closely with internal teams including Program Management, Product, Data, and Sponsor Business Development to ensure seamless coordination and delivery excellence.
• Operate autonomously in a fast-moving, evolving environment where there is no fixed playbook — building processes from the ground up and making decisions without established precedent.
• Maintain full accountability for trial outcomes, balancing multiple complex trials simultaneously while preserving organizational clarity and customer trust.
• Contribute to Inato’s mission of increasing patient access to clinical trials by enabling broader participation from diverse, community-based research sites.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience in the clinical trials industry with direct client-facing responsibilities
• Demonstrated ownership of sponsor and/or CRO relationships, translating their objectives into delivery outcomes and earning trust with operational and senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex clinical trials end-to-end, autonomously and with high organizational clarity
• Exceptional strategic and influential communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging, distill complexity, and remain composed under pressure
• Comfort thriving in ambiguity, building processes from scratch, and making decisions without established playbooks
• US-based and able to work Eastern Time Zone hours
