📋 Description

• As a Senior Project Manager at Stewart Title Guaranty Company, you will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of medium to large-sized technology projects that support the company’s mission to provide premier title and real estate services. Your leadership ensures that complex initiatives are executed efficiently, aligning technology solutions with business objectives to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Day to day, you will oversee the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure—managing scope, timelines, resources, and risks for projects with moderate to high complexity. You will interpret business needs, recommend process improvements, communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders, and lead functional projects independently while providing guidance in highly complex situations.
• You will be part of Stewart’s Central Information Technology organization, which provides the network infrastructure, hardware, software, and enterprise services that enable offices across the organization to run their business effectively. This team supports both internal and external clients through network and database administration, device management, and technical support, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where innovation and continuous improvement are valued.
• In this role, you will develop advanced project management expertise, strengthen your ability to solve complex problems through analytical thinking, and gain experience influencing cross-functional outcomes. 🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
• Proven ability to oversee the entire project lifecycle for medium to large-sized projects with moderate to high complexity
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop non-traditional solutions
• Excellent communication skills to convey difficult concepts and generate team alignment
• Experience leading functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
