Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• • Lead complex Energy Performance Contracting (EPC), Design-Build, and renewable energy construction projects including solar PV and battery energy storage systems (BESS) from development through commissioning for public sector and government clients across the U.S.
• • Oversee full project lifecycle including scope development, budget and schedule management, risk mitigation, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, quality control, and measurement & verification (M&V) to ensure contractual and performance obligations are met.
• • Serve as primary client contact for K-12 schools, higher education, utilities, healthcare, and government entities, building long-term relationships that drive repeat business and program expansion.
• • Mentor and manage assistant project managers and construction managers while collaborating with Project Finance, Construction, and O&M teams to achieve commercial operation and financial close.
