📋 Description

• As a Senior Project Manager (Staff Augmentation) at Truelogic Software, you will lead software and IT initiatives for U.S.-based clients through a nearshore staffing model, ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact technology projects ranging from web and mobile applications to AI-driven solutions. Your role is critical in bridging client expectations with technical execution, driving predictability, transparency, and value across engagements that span from single-team support to multi-client portfolios.
• You will own the full project lifecycle—from initiation and onboarding through planning, delivery, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and team enablement—by establishing clear ways of working, maintaining backlog health, facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing scope and changes, removing blockers, and ensuring lightweight reporting hygiene. Success is measured by improved productivity, requirements health, predictable commitments, and stakeholder confidence through proactive communication and structured problem-solving.
• You will join Truelogic’s global team of 600+ highly skilled tech professionals across Latin America, partnering with innovative startups and Fortune 500 companies to drive digital transformation. • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in managing complex software/IT projects in dynamic, client-facing environments, refine your ability to influence C-level stakeholders through executive-ready communication, and strengthen your leadership in Agile frameworks, risk mitigation, and team enablement—positioning yourself for greater impact in program management, delivery leadership, or product-oriented roles within global technology organizations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience specifically in software/IT initiatives, including web, mobile, or AI-related projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban) across the full delivery lifecycle—from discovery and MVP to iterative delivery and release management.
• Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives, with excellent written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated success in running project kick-offs, maintaining healthy requirements and plans, managing changes and hotfixes, and keeping teams unblocked and productive.
• Fluency in Jira and Confluence (or equivalent tools), standard collaboration and video conferencing platforms, and familiarity with time approval and reporting processes.
