• • As a Senior Recruiter at CreditGenie, Inc., you will lead recruitment efforts to identify uniquely accomplished individuals to guide the company forward, serving as a consultative partner to hiring managers and leadership while owning the full recruiting lifecycle across every corner of the business.
• • You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process across functions, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from first outreach through offer close, while partnering with the People team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes, interview loop design, structured evaluation frameworks, offer workflows, and sourcing playbooks.
• • CreditGenie is a mobile-first financial wellness platform founded in 2019, backed by Khosla Ventures and led by industry pioneers from PayPal, Square, and Cash App, building a financial ecosystem through AI-driven insights and tools that provide instant access to cash and credit-building services.
• • You will leverage data to evaluate and optimize hiring processes, use AI tools to drive efficiency in sourcing and outreach, champion diverse and inclusive hiring pipelines, and develop the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, innovative environment where you can grow your impact across engineering, product, finance, and operations hiring.
