- • Own full-cycle recruiting for a dedicated focus area: Engineering/Technical, Go-to-Market and Technical Customer Experience/Sales, or Finance and Strategic Finance, covering senior individual contributor through director-level roles
- • Act as a trusted talent advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on role scoping, leveling, market mapping, compensation benchmarks, and hiring tradeoffs
- • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage passive talent, bypassing traditional inbound recruitment channels
- • Utilize AI-powered sourcing and screening tools to accelerate talent discovery, engagement, and prioritization in a competitive market
- • Lead complex offer negotiations, including articulating the long-term value of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to candidates evaluating cash-heavy or competing offers
- • Build and refine structured interview loops tailored to the specific rigor required by each function to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes
- • Manage end-to-end candidate pipelines with precision, delivering a high-momentum, white-glove candidate experience
- • Maintain meticulous data hygiene in Ashby ATS, ensuring accurate tracking, dispositioning, and reporting for all hiring activities
- • Analyze recruitment funnel metrics—including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and quality of hire—to drive data-informed improvements in recruiting processes
- • Build and nurture long-term talent networks to support both current and future hiring needs across your assigned function
- • Partner with hiring managers to hold interviewers accountable to standardized hiring playbooks and evaluation criteria
- • Operate with minimal oversight, exercising independent judgment to manage high-bar, complex searches in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- • Contribute to scaling the recruiting function by refining processes, sharing best practices, and adapting strategies to Crusoe’s unique energy-first AI infrastructure mission
- • Collaborate across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services teams to understand technical and operational hiring needs
- • Maintain a high standard of attention to detail in all documentation, communication, and candidate interactions
- • Thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to shifting priorities within a high-growth startup environment
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- • Deep expertise in one of the following focus areas: Engineering/Technical, Go-to-Market and Technical Customer Experience/Sales, or Finance and Strategic Finance
- • Proven track record of sourcing and closing senior, hard-to-fill talent, including converting candidates from cash-heavy roles to equity-based tech packages
- • Power user of LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing networks; does not rely on inbound applicants
- • Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders through data, insight, and judgment
- • Confidence leading compensation discussions, including equity-based offers
