- • Senior Recruiter role leading full-cycle hiring for mid-level to executive positions across engineering, product, and marketing, critical to building talent pipelines and supporting new product launches as Ruby Labs scales.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing proactive sourcing strategies targeting niche tech communities (GitHub, Discord, Reddit, Telegram), leading employer branding efforts, collaborating with hiring managers, optimizing recruitment processes using ATS platforms (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever), and ensuring exceptional candidate experience for senior talent.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment focused on engineering, product, data, and executive-level hiring (C-level, Directors, senior leadership)
- • Proven experience sourcing and recruiting through niche tech communities including GitHub, Discord, Reddit, Facebook, Telegram
- • Experience in employer branding and building relationships with industry influencers or tech community leaders
- • Familiarity with tech talent market including compensation structures, industry trends, and best practices for tech hiring
- • Experience using ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar tools to track performance and streamline processes
- • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a significant plus
